[vorbis] YAVTS (yet another vorbis test stream)

For some weird reason, the stream always stops within 15 
seconds, usually around 10.  I am using Winamp 4.76 on win95 (w/ 
updates).  I tried the stream with both PP's beta4 and rc1 
decoding plugin; same effects.  Did I miss something?
