[vorbis] Quadraphonics

For what its worth, i've been trying to use two soundcards at once and
syncing two instances of oggenc (and decode).  My programming is not
high so haven't tried to modify any code yet.  So far, i am just using
scripts to deal with 4 seperate mono signals and am having some luck!  I
think though i am hitting the problem that is the latency of the
soundcards or the system or something?  i know this isn't the most
efficient way, but i'm not an efficient guy!  i haven't managed to start
and stop four seperate processes instantly so that the audio sync is
perfect. there is a small time difference i can't get rid of...  bugger!
