Hello Peter,

wow... I like out_vorbis. Just one GUI thing: Bitrate setting
is not displayed in preferences dialog (but something
makes me think you already know this ;-)

I hope this plugin will be included in official WinAmp
distributions. Users are lazy (at least I am :-) and some
users may only create Vorbis content if they don´t have
to search the Web for encoding tools. A Vorbis encoder
plugin will make people playing around with Vorbis - and
some of them will recognize that qualitity is
better than MP3 and they´ll begin to love Vorbis as much
as I do...

Sadly, many users will use it for transcoding (MP3 -> Vorbis)...
I hope they won´t start to think that Vorbis uses MP3 patents
just because their files have MP3 artifacts... ;-)
