I don't know where you got your copy.  Mine came with a GPL.

said more true.  You (and a couple other people) have saved
me the trouble of composing a long rant on the subject of
"free (no money) vs free (no restrictions)" in response to
the original mis-post.  Now maybe this thread can die quietly.
If Vorbis is obsolete then there is no reason to read or
post to this mailing list.  (one man's modus ponens is
another man's reductio ad absurdum)
