[vorbis] VorbisExt prerelease

Talking about plug-ins...will there be a plug-in for CoolEdit Pro, so I can 
save my files directly to *.ogg??

When will the first non-beta release of Ogg Vorbis occur and will the 
encoding time get shorter?
