[vorbis] RE: Audio broadcasting... (fwd)

If you downsample the file to 22khz you get a ~33k stream. you could go
lower, but I think realaudio (and maybe wma) sounds better with very
low bitrates. I hope the RC1 encoder will improve low bitrates.
