[vorbis] splash screen + gfx

There is vector art for both the fish and Thor/Snake.  I have a nice
fish variant that I used to make 4"x4" stickers...

However, the fish is our company logo, not really a logo for Ogg.
Thor is the real Ogg logo. (If you're using our libvorbis, I suppose
that's a case for using the fish ;-)
