[vorbis] Encoding with Channel-Coupling

ACM. My knowlede of the English knowledge is good enough to understand
the simple words "encoder release" ;-) I'm not all that good at
guessing audio software acronyms. Although I guessed PCMCIA: "People
Can't Memorize Computer Industry Acronyms" That one is easy, though.
