[vorbis] Winamp plugin bug

I didn't even know there was a WinAmp plugin to encode .ogg files -- I
always just use the WinAmp Disk Writer plugin to write out a .wav file and
then I run oggenc from the command line to encode it. Doing it this way,
I've never seen WinAmp misbehave when playing the files.
