Yes, that's what I'm talking about. You are right about the artifact
diminishing with bitrate increase, but using -b 256 I can still hear
it quite easily. Nevertheless, it's a small bug and people who
can't perceive high-frequencies very well surely won't even hear it.
On the other hand, because this isn't on the priority list, somewhere
down the line these subtle high-frequency artifacts should be
dealt with.
