[vorbis] VME Jukebox supports Vorbis

Vedalabs' jukebox program called VME Jukebox now supports
Ogg Vorbis playback & encoding. It also supports MP3, WMA,
WAV, QDX (?). Looks like EPAC bought it. :-)
