[vorbis] Vorbis decoding in hardware

Sounds like an interesting idea.  Maybe you would want to look into creating
a PCI card though.  I don't know how much complexity that adds to the
project, but I know myself and others who don't even have an ISA slot
anymore.  Just something to think about.
