Well even if you don't care about CDDB, a lot of people are still going
use it (28,000,000 month it we can believe gracenote) and get "ARTIST",
not PERFORMER/COMPOSER/etc.  Even if CDDB only had 2 users and you do
get freedb to support the extended set (which would be nice) how long
will it take to get their ~470,000 CDs (5,000,000+ songs?) updated?

I would think this is true of all tags....
