One thing that I don't like about vorbiscomment is that no binaries for
win32 are floating around on vorbis.com. I've written some utilities that
are posted to www.cyclooctane.com/~comatoast/files that allow me to
batch-encode oggs from wav files. Although I'd love to use vorbiscomment to
get around any snags in quoting and shell escapes, it simply doesn't exist
for my chosen encoding platform.

FWIW, all my ripping is done by sudo cdparanoia -B, and then is sftp'd over.
