[vorbis] Vorbis suitable for PDAs?

This is going to be the case with vorbis if you do nothing more than run
the stock libraries.  Segher recently mentioned in iRC that the kernel
FP emulation is notoriously slow, and that if you were to use a
user-land FP emulator that some of these devices might achieve realtime
performance.  It's certainly worth a shot.

One of the goal is to make a fixed-point decoder, but our primary focus
at the moment is quality and the 1.0 release.
