[vorbis] New Winamp release

It's been a long battle.

There were other players better than winamp.  I'm sure there still are.

I'm certainly tired of trying to get winamp to support us.  This is
starting to get a little ridiculous.  They put plugins for other unknown
formats in at the drop of a hat (mjuice anyone?) but even though they
apparently paid for a plugin to be written are just being spiteful
and/or lazy.

If they wanted to keep their reputation for being cool, Ogg would have
been in there at beta1 like it was in Sonique and the other similar
players.

I think I'll start looking for a new win32 player.
