[vorbis] Pitch shift with RC2

[Wilson]

I justed tested this.. Windows 2000, Oggdrop (the fishy thing) with
Sennheiser HD580 headphones. I'm not hearing a pitch shift.. What version of
in_vorbis for Winamp are you using?
