When I listen to music on my PC, I usually use a $30 pair of headphones
that I picked up at Tower Records a few years ago. Not exactly high-end
stuff, but much better than the usual PC desktop speakers. I can quite
clearly hear the difference between 128k MP3 and 128k Vorbis on these
headphones, so I suspect that I would be very unhappy with 128k MP3
transcoded to Vorbis.
