[vorbis] Winamp plugin not recognized at all

First, I recompiled it (the version with VCE integrated - didn't try the
others) with VC++ 6.0 on my win95 and it did not help.  Or is it some
option in the project file which result in such incompatible compilation
on my VC?  For the record my win95 is not even OSR2.

Second, some more people reported it to work - it's not everybody's
problem (neither is it my personal problem - several people reported same
symptoms).
