[vorbis] bug? ogg123 and mono files

Hi:

I was going to try tuning into Smowerk's stream with ogg123 from my local
LUG (they have a nice broadband link), but it seems ogg123 doesn't respect
$http_proxy which means I can't get past the firewalls here.  Is it
possible to add this into ogg123?

I had to make do with freeamp (which does have a place to specify the
proxy) and it sounds pretty good.  What format and bitrate is that?
