The short answer is no, but we're working on it.

We're most likely to see this happen with RealNetworks first.  The first
thing to we have to do to get there is to finish the RealPlayer plugin.
Then, if I understand it correctly, it must go through a 3rd party QA
process.  Only then will RealNetworks make it available on demand
whenever you hit an Ogg resource.

We've made some good progress, but further work is needed.

I'm not sure how this is done on hte Windows Media Player side.  I was
under the (apparently mistaken) impression that WMP did not have
"plugins".  But several people have been talking about DirectShow
renderers and ACM codecs.  I don't think WMP will play anything with an
ACM codec, but who knows.  Does anyone here have a definitive answer for
this?
