[vorbis] vorbis plugin

The reason I asked about the plug-ins for Real and WM Player is because
I know of many "Windows" developers, who use RealPlayer or WM Player as
an activeX embedded control to provide audio capabilities in their
applications. These folks develop CD ROM based content for training and
education, where they end up using wav format for their audio, thereby
bloating the size of the application (the last project I looked into was
30 CDs long). Vorbis as a plug-in for WM Player or Real Player would
help.
