[vorbis] Winamp Plugin - Visualization

Hi,

I noticed this problem.  I'm not sure what it is exactly.  Monty, Jack, or
Michael would probably have a good clue on this one.  Yeah you get the same
effect on everything from a 350mhz p2 to a 1 ghz p4.  Interesting.  So
what's the most likely cause guys?
