[vorbis] Winamp Plugin - Visualization

Aah, given that my "MP3 rippin' friends" and I all have this problem, I
supposed it was a known bug. Example: If I have one of the Winamp built-in
visualizations enabled, such as the 'scope or the spectrum analyzer, they
look choppy. During parts of the track, it won't even sample data.. You get
nothing.. During others, it updates at like 10fps, rather than 70.  Windows
2000 SP1, Dual P3-1GHz, SB Live Platinum 5.1, if you're interested.  Playing
an MP3 instead of an OGG results in totally smooth visualizations.
