[vorbis] What's in a name

According to the Ogg project homepage there are plans for a video codec too,
but there are no details at the moment.....

A little off the topic, but are there plans for a video? I'm tired of
all these proprietary video formats that cannot be watched (or watched 
"well") under linux...
