[vorbis] Current hardware requirements for decoding? (skipping problem)

Hi:

I run linux on a pentium 120 with 32 MB RAM and ogg123 and text mode
freeamp playing vorbis, and mpg123 as well for that matter, all work just
fine.  Don't ask me why though, I'm no expert on these things.  I'm not
running X, if that helps.
