... and that will be the day I start thinking about buying SimCity 4000 :)
Pay for good choices with wallets.

I am definately not an authoritative source on the matter, but Vorbis
interface APIs should remain relatively stable, and if anything does
change, it will likely be minor, so I would suggest that, if possible,
you could write the code sooner and it should still work later.
