[vorbis] Streaming test failing?

Hey all.

I haven't been paying too much attention to Vorbis recently, but a conversation
I had with a friend of mine got me thinking about the streaming stuff again. I
went to test the HTTP streaming (using XMMS to play directly from the website)
so I tried play this location in XMMS:
http://www.vorbis.com/music/fabco_oopsensilon.ogg

XMMS prebuffered 32K, and then did it again (prebuffered 32K), and seemed to be
caught in a loop, never playing the song, but always downloading the first 32K.

I downloaded the newest XMMS plug-in from the www.vorbis.com website, but that
didn't change anything.

Am I doing something wrong?  I seem to remember this working when I tried it
last time.
