[vorbis] Where to send examples of poor encoding?

Well you can open your own idrive box or some other ftp site and upload the
test files. But there are still some key features that must be implemented
into the vorbis encoder, so for now keep your files - they will be needed.
Also beta3 is coming out soon, so some of the test files might sound better.
