[vorbis] XMMS plugin cannot play b3 encoded files

OK, I had a quick look at things here;

Building beta2 and beta3 from scratch, encoding files with beta3 and
then decoding with beta2, nothing abnormal happens.

...and the beta2 XMMS plugin is statically linked so a lib mismatch is
not the problem.  Perhaps this was just a bug waiting to trigger...?
The beta 2 plugin was likely not built against a recent XMMS, and
there have been a number of lib fixes since b2.

Do you have the same problem decoding b3 files with the b2 decoder or
vorbisfile examples?
