Hi, sorry, I was away for the Thanksgiving weekend.

There haven't been any changes the the stream format, but there have
been numerous bug fixes to the library...  Perhaps we're just using a
new feature that was previously buggy; the b3 encoded streams not
working in b2 is unintentional.

I'll play with it a bit tonight to find the exact cause so that the
behaviour is understood.

BTW, there *are* a few features left to be implemented in the beta 4
timeframe (like channel coupling).  It's very likely most b4 streams
will not work with b1/2/3 decoders.  This is not a change in the
stream format, this is finishing unimplemented mechanisms.
