[vorbis] XMMS plugin cannot play b3 encoded files

I haven't seen any evidence of the stream format changing. And I can (with
current cvs) play both old ogg files (from a few months back, at least),
and new ones (5 minutes ago) with no problems at all.
Perhaps this is just a problem with the official b3 builds, or just with
the RPMs?
