[vorbis] masking problems in Vorbis beta?

No it doesn't.  There's a special "ONLYVORBIS" tag.  There's no mp3
routines in Ogglame besides the decoding. Well.. ok.. i'm stupid.. that's
still covered.  But it is a useful feature for some people :)
