Ooh - this is my chance to plug OggEnc, which also does full tagging (in a
more flexible manner than vorbize does) It's my command line encoder,
basically similar to vorbize, but somewhat more flexible. It also supports
encoding multiple files, with appropriate options to tag each file
seperately, etc.

Currently, version 0.2 is downloadable from
        http://www.labyrinth.net.au/~msmith/oggenc-0.2.tar.gz

It runs on linux/x86 at the least. I grabbed the wav reading code from
vorbize, so this currently has the same portability problems as vorbize
does (i.e. it's unlikely to run on anything but x86).

0.3 will have all this rewritten, as well as more input formats supported
(and support for mode selection once the extra modes are available). Expect
this next week.

Problems you may encounter: the build system needs to exist. Right now,
you'll probably have to edit the makefile to point it at the correct
location for libvorbis.

Finally, getting back off that topic and onto tagging in general - the
vorbis comment interface will be significantly changed in the next couple
of days (the existing calls will still be there - this won't break stuff).
This will give everyone a nice interface to the tag data, etc, and also
deal with problems existing with the current implementation (right now, the
decoder assumes all comment strings to be 0-terminated, which the spec
doesn't mandate)
