[vorbis] Ogg Mime Types? (was Re: The OGG Extension...)

The resulting effect of this is that a program cannot look at a
mime-type to see what kind of data is inside a vorbis file. I am unable
to see a benefit to this. I would be happy if you would share with me
your reasons for holding this opinion.
