[vorbis] File Extension .OGG

IMHO changing ".ogg" is pointless. I do believe ".vog"
could be a nice extension for video.
The three 3 extension namespace is very crouded and
I do believe a 4 letter extension should be used but I 
don't see a point in over-reacting with 10 letter
extensions ;-).

Altough I did have an opinion that ".ogg" is good enough
for both video and music I was convinced by sound
arguments that there should be a seperate extension
for video.

Is .ogg a UNIX only file format ? Can you run `file` on 
an URL ?
