[vorbis] File Extension .OGG

I just wanted to throw in another idea, what about .ogg for both
video and audio, and alternatively an extension for specificying
the type for the stream (.mog and .vog comes up in my mind). So
.ogg means video or audio, .mog means audio and .vog means video.
This way everybody should be able to find the option that suits
the best.
