Rather than just saying "that's wrong", perhaps you could explain what you
think is misleading about it. Obviously it's not the exact wording of the
BSD license, but it seems like a reasonable (simple) representation of what
it means, to me. 

I have read the license in the past, and I just re-read it. I don't see the
problem. Feel free to clarify.
