[vorbis] MP3 to Vorbis?

I don't think it's a good idea to convert MP3s to OGG. You'll just loose
quality. Otherwise I've seen OggLame somewhere, which could re-compress MP3
to Vorbis and vice-versa. However, it was beta2 based.
You could try WinAmp (set output MP3 output; you can get it at
www.winamp.com, but you'll also need Fraunhofer MP3 codec).
