No it's not. Really. These mathematical relations even are named after
somebody else (whose name I forgot), who thought of-em quite a few
years earlier. To postulate these are the _real_ laws of physics (as
opposed to Newton's), and to say time==space, _is_ of course Einstein's
work. Nobody is arguing about that, I think :-)

According to Dutch laws, he can't.

They can't patent a mathematical property; they _can_ patent using a
mathematical property for a certain property (i.e., coding audio).
