Cool.  I'm using libvorbis in Ogg Frog, and have been wanting to
contribute something back to each of the libraries I use.

Ogg Frog is built on ZooLib, which is a cross-platform application
framework.  As part of the upcoming release of ZooLib, I'm going to
make sure that anyone can build The ZooLib Cookbook on any of the
platforms that ZooLib supports.  I should be able to make that work
for everything but the Classic Mac OS

Just about all the work I do for ZooLib's DocBook documentation should
apply to Vorbis' as well.
