The agreement was to use the short form:

GEO LOCATION: latitude ; longitude ; <elevation> where each is a double, values
are separated with a ; and elevation is optional. This would be similar to this
geo microformat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geo_(microformat)).
