Stefan, please confirm that the proposal as it is in the wiki is the
final one.  It's the one I remember voting for, but better be safe
than sorry.

I have it on the good authority that it is indeed a conspiracy, but on
a closer inspection it appears the tags are merely there to generate
random lolcats.  Clever.
