[Vorbis-dev] ogg.m4 in vorbis/m4 ?

MacOS X is one of the more popular ones. :)

Apparently Solaris has pkg-config now, so maybe Apple will start  
shipping it at some point too. But for me, gmake+pkg-config is a lot  
more attractive than the whole autotools stack, should we get to the  
point where we can assume that.
