That sounds really great! I'm glad you already detected the CMML
conversion scripts and annodex, and find i18n so important.
It would be great if you wrote up some specification document either
on the annodex or the xiph wiki (trac.annodex.net or wiki.xiph.org),
then it will be easier for others to contribute.
