[Vorbis-dev] Can someone provide win32 binaries for vorbis-tools 1.2.0?

NSIS runs through Wine.  Visual Studio, well, not so much.

I don't follow.  Why would you need to set me an account?  I can just
download the binaries and package them.  Is this something specific to
your snapshot concept?
