[Vorbis-dev] libvorbis 1.2.2 RC1

Version 1.2.1 was skipped.

This Release Candidate's package does NOT ship with documentation as,
you may have read in another thread[1], there are problems in the
building process.  The final release will hopefully have this issue
fixed.

These are the new changes since the unreleased 1.2.1:

 * API calls for VENDOR and ENCODER
 * seek correctly in files bigger than 2 GB (Windows)
 * fix regression from CVE-2008-1420; 1.0b1 files work again
 * mark all tables as constant to reduce memory occupation

The last change is notable as, according to third-party benchmarks, it
saves 1.5 MB of shared memory.  It's a drastic change which the
community should test for problems in systems that the developers do
not usually work with (Windows, Solaris, OS X, etc).
