Christopher Montgomery, founder of the Xiph.Org Foundation, and
creator of both Ogg and Vorbis.  He's also the guru Richard Lee is
looking for.

Unfortunately, Monty (as everyone calls him) is quite busy these days
with both his job at Red Hat and his baby son.  Thus, it may be hard
to get in touch with him sometimes.

On another (related) matter, if anyone here would like to create a
libAmbisonics of some kind, we at Xiph may host it for you and provide
you with SVN access.  It may also be referred as the official Xiph
library for Ambisonics if that is the wish of its author, but in that
case, the library would have to be licensed under BSD.  Food for
thought.
