[Vorbis-dev] vorbis-tools release

I am sorry if I am doing something wrong now...I am new to this 
mailing-list.
Perhaps there is another forum I should post this at.

I am, however, merely curious whether it is possible to compile the 
vorbis-tools necessary to read ogg-tags with less than ~150 kb dll-file in 
Windows.

I am linking the project with the files vorbisfile_static.lib and 
ogg_static.lib which seems to be needed. (At least the compiler won't go 
through without them) And no, unfortunately, dynamic linking is not an 
option.
