The developers try to be reasonably good at reacting to code bugs (not
that we're perfect...), but most of us don't know anything much about
the build system - and this is just a build system issue. The code
itself works absolutely fine without curl (well... ogg123 relies on
both curl and libao, but the rest of vorbis-tools works fine). A patch
from anyone who understands autoconf/etc. well would be much
appreciated!
